What a Man

The comedy WHAT A MAN tells the story of the young teacher Alex (Matthias Schweighöfer), who, abandoned by his girlfriend Carolin (Mavie Hörbiger), begins a journey to himself. But how do you overcome the stumbling blocks of the modern man today? And what is it that makes the man a man? His wonderfully chaotic girlfriend Nele (Sibel Kekilli) knows how to rescue pandas, but isn’t really sorted in terms of relationships themselves. Finally, his best friend Okke (Elyas M’Barek), a testosterone-laden, lovable macho, tries to teach him how to become a man and organizes a series of excursions. Maybe for Alex it’s not about becoming another man, but about finding a woman who loves him as much as he is…
