Clemens is a contractor and therefore has little time for his children. For his new construction project in Berlin, all that is needed is to clear and demolish apartments before construction can begin. When Rolf finally loses his apartment, he swears in revenge and nests himself as a male nanny in Clemens’ household. He wants to sabotage Clemens as much as possible. However, Clemens’ children Winnie and Theo have made it their mission to evict every new nanny from the house. To achieve this, they resort to all imaginable weapons. Rolf quickly realizes that being a nanny is not as easy as thought and that he himself has to come up with harder guns. As he tries to save his apartment, his sabotage efforts slowly turn into a new family.
